USTA National Grass Court Championship

The Western New York contingent had a strong showing at the National Grass Court Championships. The event was held at the Germantown Cricket Club in Philadelphia. Ken White won the 50 and over doubles division for the fourth consecutive year. He finished third in the singles. Camp Eastern provides high school students with the opportunity to participate in tennis, educational sessions and interactive events each summer in New York City. The 18 & Over 6.0 Mixed Doubles team from the Buffalo, N.Y. area uses tennis as a way to have fun, while forming long-lasting friendships.
